Kate DalyKate Daly is our founder. Technical subjects she has edited include pharmacology, nursing, medical reference works, engineering, agriculture, and computer science. Kate built an abbreviation list with more entries, mainly medical, than are found in Stedman's Unabridged Medical Dictionary. She has edited graduate-level textbooks in many subjects, both technical and in the liberal arts, and two dozen novels. Kate has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from The Pennsylvania State University. Bill DalyBill Daly is our Webmaster. Web sites he has built include search engines, ezines, and digital libraries. Bill works in html, perl, java, sql, and c. He has expertise in several other languages for special applications, including APL, and has practiced as a certified public accountant. You can see his Web work by looking up an abbreviation<<OOPS!>>. Bill is a graduate cum laude of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Lee Leitner, Ph.D.Our chief technical officer, Lee has more than 25 years of experience in development of information retrieval systems and is a member of the faculty of Drexel University's College of Information Science and Technology, one of the leading research institutions in the management of digital information. Lee holds a doctorate in computer science from Nova Southeastern University. |
